Hamburg Internorga 2007
Zum 81sten Mal fand die Internationale Fachmesse fuer Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Gemeinschaftsverpflegung, Baeckereien und Konditoreien, kurz INTERNORGA, in Hamburg statt. Als besonderes Highlight zeigte, wie auch schon im Vorjahr, der 3-fache Weltmeister im Flairbartending*, Levent Yilmaz, live am Eckes-Granini-Stand wie Flairbartending bei den Profis aussieht.

I still perform shows for special events in different countries and this allows me to meet new peoples,create new Ideas..

How was the Competitions in Porto Carras?
The competition was awesome! to win this competition, bartenders need to do something new and creative,
and had to do it quickly and flawlessly.entertainment and to know how to make awesome drinks…
How big is the IBA Competition in Flair terms?
The best part of an IBA competition is the competitors from all over the world, 41 countries.
I think IBA got a lot better since the first Flair competition 2000 Singapure.It s getting popular more and more every year.
What is your style in flair? Is there a “Levent style” yet?
It’s difficult to describe yourself and some people have told me that I am always smiling and very happy on the stage…
I always try to do a show.entertainment.cocktail artistic..and also try to put as much of my personality into my show as possible.try to have a lot of contact with the public (crowd reaction). I want the crowd to remember my performance….

Levent Yilmaz wird Weltmeister in Porto Carras
Nachdem Levent in den vergangenen drei Jahren nicht teilgenommen hatte, konnte er am vergagenen Wochenende beim 7th World Flairtending Cocktail Competition den Weltmeister von 2004 und 2005 Danilo Oribe aus Uruguay in Porto Carras (Griechenland) knapp schlagen und wurde Weltmeister. Herzlichen Glueckwunsch!
Angeheizt durch ueber 1000 frenetisch feiernden Zuschauer uebertraf sich der granini Mix Academy Coach wieder einmal selbst und praesentierte der hochkaraetig besetzen Jury eine atemberaubende Flair-Show.

Der 33 Jahre alte Levent Yilmaz ist einer der
bekanntesten Flairtender weltweit, betreibt die Flairkeeping-Plattform
cocktailshows.com und ist mittlerweile dreifacher Weltmeister: 2002 bei
den IBA Flairbarkeeping Weltmeisterschaften, 2003 beim Bacardi Martini
Grandprix und, nach längerer Pause, bei den 2006 IBA Flairbarkeeping
Weltmeisterschaften. Derzeit ist Levent hauptberuflich Cocktailartist
